NCR School Registrars' Association (NACSRA) in partnership with the School Registrars of Cebu Associations (SROCA)
We would like to inform you that the Federation of School Registrars Association (FOSRA) 17th General Assembly will be held on October 15-16, 2026 at the Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City.
The theme for this year's event is "Future-Ready Registrarship: Digital Innovation and Global Compliance."
The primary objectives of this event are as follows:
1. to learn innovative methods and techniques using Artificial Intelligence for productivity enhancement;
2. to gain a better understanding of Micro-credentials and its administrative requirements for global compliance;
3. to be updated on government regulations;
4. to promote mental health and well-being among registrars;
5. to strengthen camaraderie among members of various Regional Associations of Registrars and share their common experiences, issues and concerns.
Participants of this event are the Registrars and Assistant Registrars of Private HEIs, State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs).
A Registration fee which will include meals, conference kit, program, certificate and presentation materials will be charged as follows:
P6,000 / person (Early Bird - payment received on or before September 15, 2026)
P7,000 / person (payment received on September 16, 2026 - onward)
Accommodation to be booked and paid separately by the participant.
